I chose the lime green color . I have fell in love with the lime green color and i am excited about getting this grater . It will match my other kitchen things . The blades are different sizes made for grating and slicing . I have grated cheese on my grater and i used the largest grating side . It is very durable and dont give in when you apply pressure to it . The blades are so sharp that it only took me a couple of mintues to grate up my cheese .
