This peeler is very sharp and you can move back and forth skinning your vegetables . Its made so right or left handed people can use it . The handle has grooves that make it easy to grip and fits comfortably in your hand . The blades are super sharp and skins your vegetables peels very thin . You have less waist and you get more for your money thats spent on vegetables . The blade is made of stainless steel and the handle has rubber on it . The blade has a cover to put over it when you store it , so it keeps your fingers from getting cut . I have used it to peel potatoes and it glides throught with ease cutting the peels off . I think this is a high quality product and i am very happy with it . I would recommend this product to others .
